We’re taking action for a pro-worker Montana this legislative session

Montana’s House Business and Labor committee has scheduled a first hearing on the Right to Work Bill (HB 448) for Friday, February 17 at 8:30am. Write a letter urging legislators to stand with Montana families and vote NO on this bill.

This legislative session, we’re working to defend against legislation that will set us back from achieving workers rights and union power in Montana. 

Specifically, the Right to Work bill (HB 448) is a bad move for MT workers. This legislation would result in limited job mobility, dangerous working conditions, weaker job growth, and lower wages (7% lower wages for registered nurses to be exact).
