Healthcare workers at St. Joe’s Medical Center in Tacoma showed our strength yesterday at our informational picket. Our friends, family, neighbors, community leaders, and elected officials stood by us in our call for a strong contract NOW! We know that our corporate parent CommonSpirit/VMFH can afford to pay us what we deserve – it’s time for them to put patients over profits and prioritize quality care in our community. We won’t back down.
