What do I do if I have a workplace problem or issue?
If you have a problem at work or if your supervisor/manager calls you in for a disciplinary meeting, contact a delegate. Your delegates are listed in your workplace dashboard and you can sort them by department, job title, shift, and more. If you don’t recognize any of the delegates, you can call your Lead Organizer, listed below the delegate list.
What do I do about problems with dues or membership?

How do I see what benefits I get as a union member?
Visit SEIU Member Benefits to learn about access to discounts on cell service, auto insurance, mortgages, movie tickets, and more.
Where can I get purple SEIU clothing and gear?
Visit the SEIU online store to order union made purple apparel and more.
How can I access our discount to Western Governor's University?
Members can learn more and access the 5% tuition discount by visiting the SEIU WGU portal.
What are our training and education benefits?
Members at Cascade Behavioral Health, Highline Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente, MultiCare Health System, Northwest Hospital, PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center, Swedish Medical Center, Swedish Edmonds, and Valley Medical Center (Renton) can participate in the SEIU Healthcare 1199NW Multi-Employer Training Fund.
