Medical care
Compassion Family Medicine (CFM) announced that it will be offering free medical care for recently displaced and uninsured Astria employees and their children:

The closure of Astria Regional Hospital has left nearly 500 workers without jobs or medical insurance. To help, Compassion Family Medicine is offering free medical care for recently displaced and uninsured Astria workers and their young children, now through March 31st, 2020.

Displaced workers may call ahead or walk in to the clinic (7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.). If they bring in their most recent pay stubs and photo ID, and fill out new-patient packets, they can be seen at no charge. Learn more at 3810 Kern Road in Yakima – (509) 228-7237.

Together, we will ensure every affected worker can access the resources available to continue supporting ourselves and our families.
