Hundreds of healthcare workers made our voices heard by picketing for improvements to PTO and EIB, a wage scale that reflects our years of experience and respect. During our lunch hours and our breaks, we walked the line calling for Providence to invest in our community and frontline caregivers. We were supported by our community with faith, labor, and elected leaders coming out to support us. Together, we have the power to hold Providence accountable to what our patients need!
